Inbound Customer Support Representative

Location: I-9/3, Islamabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Atlantis BPO Solutions is looking for an Inbound Customer Support Representative to join its US Telecom campaign. Candidates with outbound sales, telesales, or call center experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with internet & cable service activations
• Explain plans, pricing, and promotions
• Resolve customer queries professionally
• Update customer records in CRM
• Meet individual performance targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer handling and sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work the US Night Shift

Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Customer Support, Telecom, or Call Center is preferred.
• Candidates with Outbound Sales, Telesales, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
