Experienced US-Based Call Center Representatives

The Role

The duties of Customer Service Representative include identifying customers’ needs, researching customer issues, and providing prompt, clear solutions via phone calls. They document all customer interactions in a CRM system. Exceptional verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships with customer.

Requirements

  • Must have at least Six months of experience in a US-based Call Center
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of company’s products and procedures
  • Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers.
  • Programs: Medsup | DME | CGM | SSDI | ACA | UTI | Covid | FE | Pharmacy | BGM
