Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Admin & HR Officer to join the Prime Educational Hub team. This role is central to maintaining a productive, compliant, and people first work environment. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage HR functions alongside day to day administrative responsibilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance registers, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and performance appraisal processes professionally.
  • Coordinate staff training, professional development initiatives, and learning programs.
  • Oversee office administration: correspondence, filing, procurement of supplies, and facility management.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments for senior management and leadership team.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory HR standards.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, workforce analytics, and attendance summaries.
  • Support payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and contract renewals.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government departments, and partner educational institutions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee and organizational information.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Up to 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Personal Attributes: Detail oriented, trustworthy, collaborative, and committed to a people first approach.
