Qualification & Experience
- Education: BBA/MBA in HR
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industry)
- Certification: CHRP or equivalent will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records & HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave records, and daily HR reporting
- Prepare and process overtime and employee allowances
- Support payroll preparation & salary verification across all employee categories
- Manage final settlements & contract expiry payments
- Ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, taxes, etc.)
- Track and report employee strength and monthly HR data
