HR Executive (Murree Brewery Company)

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: BBA/MBA in HR
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industry)
  • Certification: CHRP or equivalent will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee records & HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and daily HR reporting
  • Prepare and process overtime and employee allowances
  • Support payroll preparation & salary verification across all employee categories
  • Manage final settlements & contract expiry payments
  • Ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, taxes, etc.)
  • Track and report employee strength and monthly HR data
