HR Specialist

Quaid Technologies’ sister company, Trend Waves Solutions, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee onboarding, and overall HR administration, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management while promoting a structured and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
• Assist in payroll coordination and related administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Respond to employee queries and provide ongoing HR support
• Contribute to performance management processes
• Coordinate training sessions and development initiatives
• Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 – 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of HR practices and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HR software or HRMS systems
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
