Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage both recruitment and payroll functions. This is a dual-responsibility role suited for someone with real, hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring as well as payroll processing not just exposure to one or the other. You will be working US business hours and are expected to hit the ground running from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously from job posting to onboarding
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Source candidates actively through LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other relevant job boards and social platforms
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments or technical evaluations
- Draft and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and related documentation
- Keep candidate and employee records accurate and up to date in the ATS
- Support onboarding to ensure every new hire has a smooth, professional start
- Assist with bulk hiring drives and contribute to employer branding efforts
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain and update payroll records including salary revisions, increments, deductions, and final settlements
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely disbursements and resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Handle payroll documentation including salary slips, increment letters, and payroll reconciliation reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations in payroll processing
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience covering both recruitment and payroll (candidates with experience in only one area will not be considered)
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal; must be able to draft professional correspondence independently
- Mandatory: prior hands-on experience with an ATS platform (please mention the tool in your CV)
- Mandatory: prior experience with payroll software or HRIS (please mention the tool in your CV)
- Active proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media sourcing
- Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising accuracy
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or willing to commute/relocate before joining

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
