EZ MD Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist Medical Assistant to join our onsite healthcare team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a medical background, including recent graduates, to gain valuable hands-on experience in the medical field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately document patient encounters in Electronic Health Records (EHR) during real-time interactions with healthcare providers.</li><li>Transcribe and edit medical documentation from audio recordings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to medical standards.</li><li>Review patient records for completeness, ensuring compliance with medical standards and HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies or clarify unclear information.</li><li>Ensure timely and precise completion of medical documentation to support efficient healthcare delivery.</li><li>Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and transcription best practices to maintain professional competency.</li><li>Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of medical documentation.</li><li>Communicate with patients and providers to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage virtual follow-ups.</li><li>Support administrative tasks, including billing inquiries, insurance verification, and record-keeping.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and improve virtual support workflows.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Proficiency in EHR systems, transcription software, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.</li><li>Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documentation.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Adaptability to evolving healthcare technologies and processes.</li></ul>Additional Job Details<ul><li>Location Requirement: The role is based in Rawalpindi.
