HR Executive

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a productive and professional work environment within a growing consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information securely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
