HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting workforce management for construction projects. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection)
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower supply
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and job descriptions
  • Manage onboarding process including documentation and induction

2. Employee Relations

  • Maintain good relationships with employees and site staff
  • Address grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Issue warning letters, memos, and notices when required
  • Ensure proper communication between management and workers

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR database
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime
  • Handle employee documentation (passport copies, visa, Emirates ID, etc.)

4. Payroll & Benefits

  • Assist in payroll preparation (WPS compliance)
  • Track leaves, absences, and deductions
  • Manage benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and allowances

5. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Coordinate visa processing, labor approvals, medical tests, and Emirates ID
  • Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
  • Conduct employee orientation and safety awareness programs

7. Camp & Site Coordination

  • Monitor labor camp conditions and discipline
  • Coordinate with camp boss and site supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in construction industry in UAE)
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
  • Experience in handling blue-collar workforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
