HR Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can efficiently manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a productive and professional work environment in a fast-paced logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Address employee concerns and handle HR-related issues professionally.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
