Qualification:
- BBA / MBA (HR) from a recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with construction industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment & Selection
- Performance Management Systems implementation and monitoring
- Payroll Management and coordination
- Drafting HR Letters, Contracts & Employment Agreements
- Development and enforcement of HR Policies & Compliance
- Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- HR Record & File Management (digital & physical)
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and Company Policies
- Support organizational development and culture building initiatives

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent drafting and documentation abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR Systems
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
