Senior HR Manager (Performance Management)

Our organization related to Human Resource sector and provides Career Development, Employment facilitation and Job placement services. Our office located at Main PWD Road, Islamabad.

We are looking for suitable candidate for position of Senior HR Manager – Performance Management

Key JD’s:

• Hiring of productive & result oriented talent.
• Performance /Tasks Tracking of Staff. Prepare Daily, weekly, monthly performance reports.
• Staff contract, Discipline, Working SOP & internal policies enforcement.
• Identify low performers, issue warnings, and execute improvement plans.
• Coordinate with team leads to ensure targets are achieved.
• HR policies / contract improvement.

Position Eligibility:

• Qualification: MBA/ BBA/ BS (HR/ Management/ Business)
• Age: 25 Years to 45Years

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
• 2–4 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Experience in policy development and HR operations
• Industry-specific experience (preferred based on business type)
