Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (U.S. Shift)

Virtelligence Inc. is seeking a dynamic and professional HR Manager\HR Lead to oversee HR operations for our U.S.-based team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and the confidence to effectively manage HR processes and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and the overall employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are consistently followed
• Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
• Assist with performance management initiatives and HR programs
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits related matters
• Develop, review, and update HR policies when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR Operations or HR Management
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented personality
• Ability to work the U.S. shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly
