Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, hiring)
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain pay plans, benefits programs, and compensation structures
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor employee performance and manage appraisal systems
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR or MBA
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
  • Experience in a specific industry (if applicable)

Work Environment:

  • Typically office-based, with occasional remote flexibility
  • May require handling sensitive or time-critical employee matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
