Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within a manpower supply and outsourcing environment. The role involves managing large-scale workforce operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, handling employee relations, and supporting recruitment and deployment activities across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for manpower supply (blue-collar & white-collar workforce)
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and client requirements
  • Handle employee onboarding, visa processing, labour contracts, and mobilization
  • Coordinate with PROs for visa, Emirates ID, labour cards, and medicals
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage payroll coordination, WPS compliance, and employee benefits
  • Monitor accommodation, transportation, and welfare of workers
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation as per UAE regulations
  • Support recruitment teams in bulk hiring and workforce planning
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training programs
  • Liaise with clients regarding manpower requirements and HR issues

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE manpower / outsourcing industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
  • Experience handling large workforce (100+ employees)
  • Familiarity with WPS (Wage Protection System) and payroll processes
  • Strong coordination skills with PRO and government authorities

  • HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM preferred)

  • Accuracy in payroll and documentation

Pay: From AED1.00 per hour
