Key Responsibilities

1.Manage the full process of visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers for project employees to ensure legal compliance;

2.Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and offer follow-up;

3.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract signing, medical checkups, insurance, etc.;

4.Supervise and maintain daily HR records such as attendance, leave, and overtime;

5.Coordinate with internal and external parties (e.g., immigration office, labor department, insurance companies, hospitals) to ensure smooth communication;

6.Complete other HR or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Basic Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or above
  • Major: HR, Administration, Business Management or related fields preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of local HR or admin experience in UAE, familiar with visa processes

2. Professional Skills

  • Proficient in UAE visa and labor regulations (visa types, labor cards, insurance, etc.);
  • Capable of handling basic HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and record management;
  • Familiar with government authority processes in Abu Dhabi/Dubai (e.g., Tawteen, MOHRE, ICP);
  • Able to maintain HR data and prepare regular reports.

3. Core Competencies

  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
  • Responsible, strong execution ability, and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills;
  • Honest, reliable, and professional.

4. Other Requirements

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred;
  • Language: Fluent in English&Chinese;
  • Willing to work overtime or go on occasional field trips (e.g., immigration office, hospitals) as required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
