Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local HR systems and regulatory platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding process including documentation, orientation, and system registration.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Handle employee contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Prepare HR letters (employment certificates, salary letters, warning letters, etc.).
- Manage employee benefits including medical insurance and allowances.
- Liaise with finance for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Manage employee records across all the platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem/Absher etc)
- Process iqama issuance, renewal, and transfers.
- Coordinate with PRO for government-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other local portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
