HR Officer

The HR Officer will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Coordinate and support training and development activities.
• Ensure timely execution of performance appraisals and maintain appraisal records.
• Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
