Experience Required
Incumbent must have 2 – 5 years of relevant HR / ER experience.
Education
MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / MPA or equivalent relevant degree
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure full compliance with the Punjab Employees Social Security Ordinance and manage PESSI (Social Security) registrations, contributions, and monthly returns.
- Administer Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) registrations, contribution submissions, and liaison with EOBI offices for insured persons and pensioner matters.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the Industrial Relations Act, Factories Act, and other applicable labor legislation in Punjab/Pakistan.
- Prepare and submit all statutory returns and reports within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and regulatory authorities on labor-related matters when required.
Employee Medical & Insurance Benefits
- Manage the organization's Group Medical Insurance scheme, including enrollment, renewals, claims coordination, and employee communication.
- Maintain employee health benefit records and ensure timely processing of reimbursements and cashless claims.
- Conduct periodic reviews of medical benefit utilization and recommend enhancements to management.
HR Operations & Administration
- Support the preparation and issuance of employment-related letters (warning, termination, experience).
- Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee data and statutory information.
- Assist in the development and revision of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate deductions and contributions for EOBI, Social Security, and group insurance.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Pay: Rs23,022.83 - Rs66,425.08 per month
