Join DG Training & Development Institution in Dubai, a leading center for corporate and professional training in the UAE.

DG Training & Development Institution is looking for a qualified and experienced trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training in Human Resources, UAE Labor Law, and PRO (Public Relations Officer) operations for individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in HR operations and UAE Labor Law
• Teach practical HR processes used in UAE companies
• Train learners on PRO procedures and government-related documentation
• Explain UAE employment regulations, contracts, leave policies, and termination procedures
• Conduct workshops on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Design training materials, case studies, and practical exercises
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions
• Customize training programs for corporate clients and business sectors

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
• Experience with PRO services and UAE government procedures
• Ability to explain legal and HR concepts in a simple and practical way
• Experience delivering corporate or adult training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• HR certifications are an advantage
• Experience in UAE corporate environment
• Experience in training or teaching adults
• Bilingual candidates (English + Arabic or Persian) are a plus
• Familiarity with free zone and mainland company procedures is preferred
