Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced and results-driven IT Sales and Leads Generation Executive with relevant experience Of 5+ Years under similar roleto promote and sell our IT solutions and services, including IT infrastructure, Web/App Development, networking, server management, cloud computing and managed IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities, should be customer centric and maintain long-term client relationships, preparing proposals and driving Sale and revenue growth. We are expanding aggressively and seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Leader capable of driving sales across Pakistan as well as International Market and this is not a conventional sales role we are seeking a strategic growth driver.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong experience in modern sales techniques, including:
· Digital lead generation
· LinkedIn B2B prospecting
· CRM-based sales tracking
· Consultative and solution selling
Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals
Strong negotiation and contract handling skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Confidence in meeting CEOs, Directors and Business Owners
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
Market Knowledge Requirement (Critical)
The candidate must demonstrate deep understanding of:
Experience dealing with industries such as retail, real estate, manufacturing, education, healthcare, or corporate services will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting SMEs and corporate clients in Pakistan
· Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries
· Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms and corporate meetings
· Build and maintain strong long-term B2B relationships
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
· Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for solution alignment
· Maintain structured pipeline reporting using CRM systems
· Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual revenue targets
Performance Expectations
· Achievement and exceeding of assigned revenue targets
· Expansion of market share locally and internationally
· Acquisition of high-value key accounts
· Long-term client retention and relationship sustainability
· Development of strategic sales pipeline with predictable forecasting
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in a IT sales/Leads Generation or business development role/Leads Generation
· Prior experience in IT services, digital solutions, or technology sector preferred
· Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets
· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in business or IT Field
