Role Overview

Prime Educational Hub is seeking a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our internationally recognized training programs and certifications. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about education, business development, and digital marketing to make a real impact in a growing organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute result oriented sales strategies to generate qualified leads and achieve course enrollment targets.
  • Promote PEH training programs (ICTQUAL, OTHM, QUALIFI, PMP, ISO, HSE, NVQ, and more) through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage and grow PEH's social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling content including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, B2B partners, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads, and guide prospective students through the full enrollment process.
  • Represent Prime Educational Hub at career fairs, industry expos, seminars, and networking events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, sales KPIs, and ROI metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to design integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage PEH's online reputation by responding to reviews, comments, and queries professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with training coordinators to ensure accurate and up to date course information reaches clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or a closely related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Up to 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design, email marketing, or SEO tools is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and relationship building skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes: Self motivated, target driven, creative, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about education and professional development.
