We are expanding our team and looking for seasoned sales professionals for our high volume Final Expense outbound campaign. Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will make targeted outbound calls to individuals in the United States. Your main objective is to spark interest, assess their final expense protection needs using a structured discovery process, and execute a flawless Live Transfer to our senior closing agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Conduct high volume outbound dialing to US prospects with professional phone etiquette and high energy.
• Lead Qualification: Efficiently screen consumers to verify interest and gather essential demographic and coverage details.
• Warm Handoffs: Successfully connect qualified, high intent prospects to licensed insurance specialists.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure strict adherence to campaign scripts, data entry protocols, and US telemarketing regulations.
• Performance Goals: Maintain consistent daily activity to hit transfer metrics and maximize your monthly payout.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience on a US facing Final Expense campaign is strictly required.
• Linguistic Skills: Exceptional verbal English proficiency with a clear, neutral, and persuasive accent.
• Sales Prowess: A strong ability to handle objections, build quick rapport with seniors, and keep a resilient mindset.
• Reliability: A dedicated professional committed to maintaining excellent attendance during the night shift.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

• Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – PKR 70,000 (Based on experience).
