Sales & Customer Service Representative(Call Center)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling tele-sales to engage potential customers & driving sales.
  • Providing top-notch customer support and resolving inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and coordinate efforts with team members.
  • To make/receive calls on provided leads through different mediums and to mature sales from the assigned leads.
  • To complete all assigned tasks/targets timely and in a well-mannered way

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 6 months-1 year of experience in tele sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use your judgement and make decisions.

Additional Information:

  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:45 AM.
  • Walk-in Interviews are encouraged(6:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
