Job Overview

WorkGenerations is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to help expand our IT services in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships for our digital and IT solutions.

If you understand the IT market and know how to convert opportunities into revenue — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with local and international clients
  • Present IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Automation, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Strong networking skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B sales
  • Existing client network in IT sector
  • Experience dealing with international clients
