Job Overview
WorkGenerations is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to help expand our IT services in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships for our digital and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services market
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with local and international clients
- Present IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Automation, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and meet targets
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Strong networking skills
Preferred
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B sales
- Existing client network in IT sector
- Experience dealing with international clients
