CSR / Fronter for Call center

Job Description:
Responsible for assisting clients with Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicare plan inquiries, eligibility verification, enrollments, and renewals. Manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, verify customer information, explain coverage options, and schedule appointments for licensed agents (fronter role). Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide excellent customer service while meeting daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the call center industry (healthcare campaign preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ACA and Medicare plans.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
