Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Support Specialist to join our medical billing team for the night shift. The role focuses on handling client inquiries, resolving billing-related issues, and providing accurate support to healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate has basic experience in customer support, good communication skills, and a clear understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries related to medical billing
• Respond to patient and client questions about invoices, claims, payments, and account status
• Coordinate with internal billing and AR teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Follow HIPAA and company data security guidelines at all times
• Meet quality, accuracy, and response-time targets
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in medical billing or healthcare
• Basic understanding of medical billing terms such as claims, EOBs, denials, and payments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or billing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US healthcare clients
• Prior experience in a BPO or medical billing company
• Comfortable handling calls and written communication
