Job Summary

Abacus BPO is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officers for a domestic project. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build and advance their careers in the BPO and customer service industry within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) or currently enrolled in the 4th semester
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in any field
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and systems
• Prior experience in BPO or customer service will be considered an advantage

Working Hours
