E-Commerce Support Executive

Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, 1-hour break)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description

Jurixy is a growing digital solutions company providing E-commerce Management, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Online Store Operations for US-based clients.

We are hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service & Account Support Specialist with excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience handling Amazon, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts.

This role requires strong customer interaction skills, marketplace knowledge, and basic experience in wholesale product hunting and listing creation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service (Primary Role)

  • Handle customer inquiries via Amazon, Walmart, and eBay messaging systems.
  • Respond to customer messages professionally and in fluent English.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and feedback ratings.
  • Follow marketplace response time and communication policies.

Marketplace Account Support

  • Assist in managing Amazon, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts.
  • Monitor account notifications, performance metrics, and policy warnings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues.
  • Help maintain account health and compliance.

Wholesale Product Hunting (Support Level)

  • Assist in product hunting and research for wholesale opportunities.
  • Analyze basic product data such as pricing, demand, and competition.
  • Help shortlist products suitable for Amazon & Walmart marketplaces.

Listing Creation Support

  • Assist in creating and updating product listings.
  • Ensure accurate titles, bullet points, pricing, and product details.
  • Match products with existing listings where required (UPC / ASIN).

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking & writing skills (Mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Amazon Customer Service
  • Walmart Marketplace Support
  • eBay Customer Service
  • Hands-on experience handling seller accounts and buyer communication.
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Wholesale product research
  • Listing creation process
  • Marketplace policies
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer issues professionally.
  • Comfortable working in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Experience with Seller Central & Walmart Seller Center tools.
  • Knowledge of order defect rate, late shipment, and return handling.
  • Experience in dispute handling and case management.
  • Familiarity with wholesale sourcing workflows.
