 is looking for a confident and results-driven
 
 Calling Agent
 
 to manage outbound calls targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the U.S.
 
 
 The selected candidate will introduce our
 
 Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management services
 
 , generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the business development team.
 
 
 This is a performance-based role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a basic understanding of U.S. healthcare operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the U.S.
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce TransMedex Medical Billing and RCM services professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain benefits such as improved collections, reduced denials, and compliance support
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify decision-makers (Practice Managers, Billing Managers, Physicians)
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct structured follow-ups with interested prospects
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills (neutral or fluent accent preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior call center or B2B sales experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes is advantageous
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional attitude with strong objection-handling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work night shifts (U.S. time zone alignment)
 </li>
