Data Entry Operator (with MS Office & Shopify knowledge)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on practice in MS Excel or Shopify Data Entry

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Shopify, along with basic knowledge of SEO. This role requires excellent computer skills, a quick learning ability, and the capacity to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Shopify.
• Manage and organize data with great attention to detail.
• Assist in creating reports and maintaining data integrity.
• Upload product data on Shopify and other platforms.
• Perform basic SEO tasks related to product listings and content.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Be proactive in learning and improving skills related to data entry and digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience/Diploma: At least 6 months of hands-on practice in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Shopify data entry.
• Skills: Efficient in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data entry, sorting, filtering).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Shopify.
• Good knowledge of Keyboard Shortcuts
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Behavior: Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and adapt.
• A quick learner with a keen interest in expanding skills in data entry and digital platforms.

Preferred :

• Diploma in Computer Operator or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
