Data Entry/ Sales Support Trainee

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Transportation: Available for female employees

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating calls, ensuring quality standards, and improving overall team performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer service or sales calls to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance
• Identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement
• Prepare QA reports and maintain quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Collaborate with team leads and management to improve overall service quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QA Analyst / Quality Assurance in a call center or BPO environment preferred
• Strong listening, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to handle performance evaluations and reporting
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
