Job Title: Telesales Representative – Digital Marketing Campaign

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Paid Ads, etc.).
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally to business owners.
• Schedule meetings or consultations for senior sales/marketing managers.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide basic consultation about digital marketing solutions based on client needs.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
• Target-oriented mindset
• Confidence in cold calling
• CRM knowledge (preferred)
• Professional English/Urdu communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
