
Sales Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in the luxury residential / home-building industry

Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented

Strong professional presence suitable for premium environments

Fluent in English and Urdu

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable networking within high-end residential circles

Existing active relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium residential contractors

Strong negotiation and closing skills
Responsibilities:

Develop and secure new business opportunities within the luxury residential segment

Identify, pursue, and close high-end residential projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium residential contractors

Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
-
Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution

Lead negotiations and manage projects from initial discussions through final confirmation
-
Clearly communicate the company's value proposition, emphasizing design quality, comfort, reliability, and craftsmanship

Collaborate with the Founder on key account development and market expansion

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and project progress

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
