Job Description – Procurement Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the IT industry. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who wants to build expertise in sourcing IT hardware, software, and services for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The selected candidate will support procurement operations, vendor coordination, documentation, and pricing analysis under the supervision of the senior procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS solutions, and cloud services for U.S. and Canadian markets.
· Support the RFQ/RFP process, prepare vendor comparison sheets, and process purchase orders according to internal approval workflows.
· Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for pricing, product availability, order confirmations, delivery timelines, and invoices.
· Maintain and update vendor databases, track vendor performance, and ensure accurate procurement records and documentation.
· Monitor pricing trends, compare vendor quotations, and support cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval procedures.
· Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to fulfill purchasing requirements and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time
