Purhaser

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Purchaser to manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts departments.
  • Ensure quality standards and cost control in purchasing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
