Job Description for Senior- Engineer (MEP- Projects)We are looking for a Senior- Engineer (MEP-Projects) to join our team APEE Infratech (India) Private Limited for the role offering a salary of up to 40,000 and regular service work.Qualification:Diploma/ B. Tech Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering (EEE)Experience:4 - 7 Years of relevant experience in MEP Projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project activities as per schedule.</li><li>Review electrical designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Supervise Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, cabling, lighting, power distribution, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and manage site safety compliance.</li><li>Handle Vendor negotiation, material inspections, and approvals.</li><li>Prepare project reports, documents and update management on project status.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve site-related technical issues.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of MEP Systems (especially electrical works).</li><li>Hands-on experience in site execution and project management.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Good knowledge of IS codes, Auto CAD, standards, and safety reg</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and Leadership Skills.</li><li>MS Office and Computer Skills</li></ul>Languages- English, Hindi, (Any other south Indian languages- Optional)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Senior Engineer -MEP Projects

Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance &amp; Policy Implementation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies.</li><li>Develop, review, and update EHS management systems, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Prepare and submit statutory EHS reports and documentation as required by authorities.</li></ul>2. Risk Assessment &amp; Hazard Control<ul><li>Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and operations.</li><li>Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures.</li><li>Oversee waste management, pollution control, and hazardous materials handling.</li></ul>3. Training &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Conduct EHS inductions and training sessions for workers</li><li>Conduct TBT on regular basis</li><li>Promote safety awareness campaigns and environmental initiatives.</li><li>Maintain records of all training, incidents, and EHS audits.</li></ul>4. Incident Investigation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Lead or support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses.</li><li>Prepare incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures.</li></ul>5. Emergency Preparedness<ul><li>Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.</li><li>Ensure emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, spill kits, PPE, etc.) is maintained and available.</li></ul>6. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Recommend improvements to processes to enhance EHS performance.</li><li>Participate in sustainability and environmental improvement projects.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of experience in EHS or HSE roles (manufacturing, construction, oil &amp; gas, or similar industries).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
