Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems such as LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting, and power distribution.

Monitor and maintain electrical installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with MEP contractors, vendors, and internal teams for maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and statutory regulations.

Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, reports, and records of electrical equipment.

Conduct routine inspection of cables, panels, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

Support testing & commissioning activities during project handover and maintenance phase.

Identify energy-saving opportunities and support energy management initiatives.

Supervise technicians and ensure proper use of tools and PPE.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Electrical MEP systems

Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics

Knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG sets, UPS, VFDs

Understanding of safety procedures and statutory compliance

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹182,545.16 - ₹583,734.44 per year
