 As we expand our global operations, we&rsquo;re looking for a dependable, organized, and resourceful Executive Operations Assistant to work directly with our Managing Partner and help keep company priorities on track.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role functions like a CEO&rsquo;s Office position in a start-up &mdash; but within a dynamic, family-owned manufacturing and consumer products company.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work side-by-side with the Managing Partner to manage priorities, follow-ups, communication, and team coordination across departments and partners. Expect to work from a cozy office right in the heart of our bustling industrial site &mdash; where the real action happens.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll handle diverse daily tasks, from scheduling and recruitment support to project follow-ups. Over time, this position can evolve into broader coordination or management responsibilities as the company grows and you grow with it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or related).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;8 years of total work experience,
 
 ideally in administrative, coordination, or operations functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent command of English and Turkish
 
 (written &amp; spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organization
 
 , multitasking, and follow-up discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing
 
 both simple tasks and complex communications.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, loyal, trustworthy, and
 
 discreet
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with Asana
 
 is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in manufacturing or international company settings is an advantage.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the Managing Partner&rsquo;s daily schedule, priorities, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external communication with professionalism and clarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Filter and prioritize incoming business requests and handle confidential information with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on priority actions assigned to direct reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize travel, meetings, and visitor logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle daily operational paperwork (expenses, contracts, signatures, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and short reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support recruitment and onboarding for team members reporting to the Managing Partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather information from teams and prepare status updates on priority projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep Asana boards and Google documents organized and up to date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own company communications content on digital mediums such as LinkedIn and corporate web page and physical events such as exhibitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key legal topics such as IPs.
 </li>

 Monday&ndash;Friday, 08:00&ndash;17:30 (on-site, 5 days)
