We design and produce high-quality TPE and textile mats for global customers—from aftermarket distributors to OEMs and e-commerce consumers.

As we expand our global operations, we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and resourceful Execution and Project Coordinator to work directly with our Managing Partner and help keep company priorities on track.


Responsibilities

  • Keep all priority project boards up to date on Asana and Google Workspace; prepare weekly status updates for the Managing Partner.
  • Follow up daily on priority actions assigned to the Managing Partner’s direct reports.
  • Identify missing tasks from internal communication threads and create/schedule them on Asana.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams (Finance & Administrative, Supply Chain & Planning, Production & Engineering, Product & Marketing, Sales) and external stakeholders (consultants, service providers, partners) to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor cross-department workload distribution and performance OKRs.
  • Support workflow improvements and internal process documentation.
  • Assist the Managing Partner with incoming questions, decisions, and operational requests.
  • Own the recruitment and onboarding processes for direct reports to the Managing Partner
  • Handle ad-hoc needs such as reporting, meeting summaries, and document preparation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, management support, or business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent professional English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Highly organized, structured, disciplined.
  • Strong sense of business priorities and ability to act accordingly.


Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (on-site, 5 days)
  • Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / Istanbul (10 min walk from metro, no service bus provided by the company)
  • Benefits: Competitive salary + lunch + flexible transport allowance + full SGK + complimentary private health insurance after 3 months
