Core Responsibilities1. Occupational Health &amp; Medical Care<ul><li>Provide first aid, emergency medical care, and basic nursing services to employees.</li><li>Monitor and manage work-related injuries and illnesses.</li><li>Coordinate referrals to hospitals or specialists when required.</li><li>Maintain medical observation and follow-up for injured or ill employees.</li></ul>2. Health Surveillance &amp; Medical Records<ul><li>Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations as per statutory norms.</li><li>Maintain and update employee medical records confidentially.</li><li>Track occupational diseases and report findings to management.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation as per Factory Act / statutory requirements.</li></ul>3. Emergency Preparedness &amp; Response<ul><li>Act as first responder during workplace emergencies.</li><li>Assist in emergency drills (fire, chemical exposure, accidents, etc.).</li><li>Maintain emergency medical equipment, first aid boxes, and medicines.</li><li>Coordinate with EHS, security, and external emergency services.</li></ul>4. Health Promotion &amp; Wellness Programs<ul><li>Conduct health awareness sessions (hygiene, ergonomics, lifestyle diseases, stress management).</li><li>Support vaccination and health screening programs.</li><li>Promote healthy work practices and preventive healthcare.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Statutory Support<ul><li>Ensure compliance with occupational health laws and regulations.</li><li>Support audits and inspections related to health and safety.</li><li>Assist management in implementing OHS policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare reports for statutory authorities when required.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with HR, EHS, and department heads on health-related matters.</li><li>Guide employees on medical fitness, leave due to illness, and return-to-work cases.</li><li>Maintain professional communication with employees, doctors, and hospitals.</li></ul>7. Hygiene &amp; Workplace Safety Support<ul><li>Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, and canteen hygiene (if applicable).</li><li>Identify health hazards and report potential risks.</li><li>Support ergonomic assessments and workplace improvements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
