List of duties include the following:<ul><li>
Provide technical support to the Fund Accounting team to ensure all aspects of the hedge fund's books and records are accurate and meet industry and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Perform risk assessment to ensure resourcing for the support of both the current client base and potential future growth is adequate. Assess knowledge and skill set of the team to set coverage ensuring that there is a match of technical and client knowledge.</li><li>
Act as a partner to the client to develop their business in a controlled way and meet all industry and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Develop and manage a team of fund accountants. This will include knowledge development, performance review and control.</li><li>
Assist in developing the controls and procedures of fund accounting group.</li><li>
Provide Accounting solutions to Hedge Funds for independent valuation, investor transparency and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Review calculation of daily Net Asset Values (NAV's).</li><li>
Review accounting functions including P&amp;L analysis, daily cash projections, calculations of FX transfers required for funding, checking client's contributions &amp; redemptions.</li><li>
Verify performance by reviewing large P&amp;L swings and analysing income/expense journals for validity.</li><li>
Adjust activity as necessary for performance processing and reporting.</li><li>
Perform and review position and value reconciliations. Identify and resolve all breaks.</li><li>
Review and reconcile general ledger exceptions.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of non-security related income and expenditure.</li><li>
Account for non standard transactions including OTC derivatives.</li><li>
Ensure corporate actions are accounted for accurately.</li><li>
Perform month end control processes, producing a month end control pack and sign off including review of control packs prepared by members of the team.</li><li>
Review investor level allocations of income and expenses.</li><li>
Develop relationship with auditors for the preparation of year-end Financial Statements and provision of data to auditors.</li><li>
Identify and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.</li></ul>
Role Requirements:<ul><li>
Experience: 7&ndash;10+ years in Hedge Fund Accounting, including team leadership and NAV review</li><li>
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA or ACA preferred</li><li>
Skills: Strong technical fund accounting, controls, client &amp; auditor management, people leadership</li></ul>

Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Quality Review &amp; Compliance</h3><ul><li>
Perform comprehensive quality reviews for all entity types including Corporates, Foundations/Charities, Institutional Investors, Designated Bodies, etc., based on AML policies and guidelines.</li><li>
Identify, document, and report review results along with proposed remedial actions.</li><li>
Conduct remediation activities as per investor risk ratings and maintain well‑organized records.</li><li>
Review and validate US tax forms (W9, W8‑BEN, W8‑IMY, Withholding Statements, etc.).</li><li>
Work with AML regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions such as Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda, and others.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Screening &amp; Tools</h3><ul><li>
Utilize screening tools such as World‑Check, Pythagoras, and LexisNexis for due diligence checks.</li><li>
Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft applications; advanced Excel and presentation skills are an added advantage.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Collaboration, Coaching &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>
Provide clear feedback and coaching to associates based on review findings.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver required reports in a timely manner without reminders.</li><li>
Work independently as well as within a team, depending on business requirements.</li><li>
Ensure all client deliverables are met within defined timelines.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (preferred).</li><li>
1&ndash;10 years of relevant AML/KYC/Transfer Agency experience.</li><li>
Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is mandatory.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs.</li></ul></div>
