Role Purpose
The DMLRO is the approved controlled function responsible for ensuring the Company&rsquo;s compliance with all applicable AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements under the CBB Rulebook. The role includes acting as the primary contact with the Anti-Financial Crime Directorate (&lsquo;&rsquo;AFCD&rsquo;&rsquo;) at the CBB and Financial Intelligence Directorate (&lsquo;&rsquo;FID&rsquo;&rsquo;) at the Ministry of Interior and ensuring effective identification, monitoring, and reporting of financial crime risks.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Act as the Company&rsquo;s DMLRO as required under the CBB Rulebook</li><li>
Assist MLRO in discharge of duties</li><li>
Act as MLRO in absence with full delegated authority</li><li>
Ensure timely submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (&lsquo;&rsquo;STRs&rsquo;&rsquo;)</li><li>
Maintain appropriate records of internal reports and decisions</li><li>
Report directly to the Board/Senior Management on AML matters when needed</li><li>
Ensure independence and unrestricted access to information</li><li>
Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns and reporting</li><li>

Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls aligned with CBB requirements and any other relevant authority.</li><li>
Conduct Annual Compliance Testing</li><li>
Oversee customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) for clients, funds, investors, and related parties</li><li>
Oversee ongoing monitoring, periodic KYC review, and trigger events</li><li>
Oversee sanctions screening and PEP identification, including SOW/SOF requirements</li><li>
Approve reliance on third parties and ensure adequate oversight controls</li><li>
Monitor AML risks arising from outsourcing and delegated arrangements</li><li>
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and relevant stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure timely closure of audit and regulatory findings</li><li>
Deliver AML/CFT training and awareness</li><li>
Assisting the Data Protection Officer with related reporting and obligations</li><li>
Sign-off on High Risk/PEPs</li><li>
Preparing responses to routine, ad-hoc, and urgent information requests from the regulator or relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>
Keeping up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations and communicating regulatory changes and developments to senior management and staff</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant field</li><li>

Role Overview
The AVP will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of closed-ended fund structures (primarily Private Equity / Real Estate), overseeing fund accounting, investor servicing, and regulatory compliance. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, team oversight, and ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Administration &amp; Accounting<ul><li>
Oversee full-cycle accounting for closed-ended funds, including:<ul><li>
Capital calls and distributions</li><li>
NAV calculations and investor allocations</li><li>
Carried interest and waterfall calculations</li></ul></li><li>
Review financial statements in compliance with IFRS / applicable GAAP</li></ul>
2. Investor Services &amp; Operations<ul><li>
Oversee investor onboarding processes (KYC/AML documentation, FATCA/CRS compliance)</li><li>
Review investor notices, capital call and distribution notices</li><li>
Coordinate responses to investor queries in a timely manner</li><li>
Ensure seamless maintenance of investor registers and reporting data</li></ul>
3. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>

Key Requirements

Role Purpose
The Vice President/ Senior Account Manager&ndash; Open Ended Fund Administration is a senior client facing and people management role, responsible for the delivery, oversight and continuous improvement of high-quality fund administration services for a portfolio of open-ended hedge fund clients. The role acts as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, ensures regulatory and operational excellence, and leads teams across Dubai and Apex Global Support Centres to deliver accurate, timely and compliant outcomes. The role aligns to the Vice President/ Senior Account Manager expectations with accountability for client outcomes, team leadership, operational efficiency and commercial contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery &amp; Service Excellence<ul><li>
Act as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, managing complex client matters, expectations and escalations.</li><li>
Oversee end-to-end delivery of client deliverables including NAV calculations, transfer agency activity, audit coordination, regulatory reporting and client-specific reporting.</li><li>

Work closely with GCC teams to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve delivery, quality or timeliness issues within agreed SLAs, escalating where required and driving continuous improvement.</li><li>
Partner with Regional Management, Business Heads and Office Leadership to support day-today office operations, regional initiatives and execution of group priorities.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship teams to support client onboarding, scope management, pricing discussions, cross-sell initiatives and revenue growth opportunities, in line with regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain strong, constructive working relationships with Compliance, Risk, Governance, Transfer Agency, Tax, Legal and Technology teams to ensure consistent application of Apex policies, risk-based decision making and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Support accurate and timely billing, invoicing and cash collection, ensuring invoice accuracy, disciplined follow-up and alignment with client SLAs.</li><li>

Strong technical knowledge of NAV preparation, complex fee structures, financial instruments and multi-jurisdictional reporting.</li><li>
Proven people management and leadership experience, including managing managers.</li><li>
Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS (as applicable to fund structures).</li><li>
Experience with fund accounting systems (PFS Paxus or equivalent preferred).</li><li>
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CFA, MBA or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
