Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Procure medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general supplies as per departmental requirements.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure approvals as per company policy.</li><li>Coordinate with stores, accounts, and user departments for material requirements and inventory levels.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with suppliers for pending orders.</li><li>Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and purchase documentation.</li><li>Verify invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRN) before submitting to accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, statutory regulations, and internal SOPs.</li><li>Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, especially for critical medical items.</li><li>Assist in audits by providing procurement-related documents and reports.</li><li>Handle emergency purchases as and when required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Knowledge of healthcare procurement (medical consumables, equipment, drugs).</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>D.Pharmacist or Any Pharmacist Background</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
