As a Construction Manager at Apex Pavers &amp; Pools, you&rsquo;ll own the field &mdash; translating plans into finished projects, leading crews, and keeping every detail moving with purpose.You&rsquo;ll partner closely with Project Managers and Schedulers, ensuring what&rsquo;s on paper becomes something clients can walk on, swim in, and show off.What You&rsquo;ll Own<ul><li>Lead multiple projects in the field: Oversee day-to-day site activity &mdash; trades, inspections, materials, safety &mdash; and ensure constant forward motion.</li><li>Execute the plan: Read and interpret drawings, anticipate conflicts, and solve problems before they hit the schedule.</li><li>Be the bridge on site: Represent Project Management, align crews with client expectations, and keep everyone informed and accountable.</li><li>Protect quality and schedule: Monitor workmanship, enforce standards, and push for completion without cutting corners.</li><li>Manage subs and vendors: Coordinate deliveries, confirm readiness, and maintain productive relationships with everyone on site.</li><li>Own communication: Daily updates, photos, notes &mdash; clear, concise, and accurate so office and field stay in lockstep.</li><li>Keep the site professional: Orderly, safe, efficient &mdash; a reflection of the Apex standard every client should see.</li><li>Stay ahead of inspections and dependencies: Know what&rsquo;s next, prep for it, and eliminate downtime.</li></ul>Who Thrives Here<ul><li>Hands-on leaders who motivate crews and hold a high bar for craftsmanship.</li><li>Natural problem-solvers who see challenges as puzzles, not setbacks.</li><li>Strong communicators who keep messages clear, calm, and actionable &mdash; no drama, just direction.</li><li>Organized operators who can juggle priorities without dropping details.</li><li>Continuous improvers who make each project smoother than the last.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Construction experience required &mdash; residential, hardscape, or pool environments ideal.</li><li>Pool construction experience helpful, but not required &mdash; we&rsquo;ll train the right builder mindset.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sequencing, trades, and jobsite management.</li><li>Comfortable with plans, specs, and digital tools for scheduling and documentation.</li><li>A driver&rsquo;s license, reliability, and professional pride.</li></ul>Why Apex Pavers &amp; PoolsYour work is what clients see &mdash; and you&rsquo;ll have the authority, support, and respect to make it exceptional.
