About the Role

As a Construction Manager at Apex Pavers & Pools, you’ll own the field — translating plans into finished projects, leading crews, and keeping every detail moving with purpose.

You’ll partner closely with Project Managers and Schedulers, ensuring what’s on paper becomes something clients can walk on, swim in, and show off.

What You’ll Own

• Lead multiple projects in the field: Oversee day-to-day site activity — trades, inspections, materials, safety — and ensure constant forward motion.
• Execute the plan: Read and interpret drawings, anticipate conflicts, and solve problems before they hit the schedule.
• Be the bridge on site: Represent Project Management, align crews with client expectations, and keep everyone informed and accountable.
• Protect quality and schedule: Monitor workmanship, enforce standards, and push for completion without cutting corners.
• Manage subs and vendors: Coordinate deliveries, confirm readiness, and maintain productive relationships with everyone on site.
• Own communication: Daily updates, photos, notes — clear, concise, and accurate so office and field stay in lockstep.
• Keep the site professional: Orderly, safe, efficient — a reflection of the Apex standard every client should see.
• Stay ahead of inspections and dependencies: Know what’s next, prep for it, and eliminate downtime.

What You Bring

• Construction experience required — residential, hardscape, or pool environments ideal.
• Pool construction experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right builder mindset.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, trades, and jobsite management.
• Comfortable with plans, specs, and digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
• A driver’s license, reliability, and professional pride.
