Description We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across platforms by turning livestream moments, studio content, and brand activations into engaging, on-brand social content. This role is hands-on and execution-driven&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be responsible for planning, creating, posting, and optimizing content that supports our livestream commerce business and studio partnerships.You&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership, hosts, and production to ensure our social channels reflect what&rsquo;s actually happening in the studio and drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to live shows.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and others as needed)</li><li>Plan and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with livestream schedules and brand priorities</li><li>Capture, edit, and publish short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts) from live shows and studio activity</li><li>Repurpose livestream content into high-performing social clips</li><li>Write captions that match brand voice and drive engagement and clicks</li><li>Post in real time during or around livestreams when needed</li><li>Coordinate with hosts and studio team to highlight upcoming shows, launches, and key moments</li><li>Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and adjust strategy accordingly</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across all posts (tone, pacing, aesthetic)</li><li>Stay current on platform trends, audio, formats, and best practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or agency</li><li>Strong understanding of short-form video and platform trends</li><li>Comfortable filming and editing content quickly (phone + basic editing tools)</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to execute without constant direction</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-production environment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 35 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
