Social Media Manager

Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across platforms by turning livestream moments, studio content, and brand activations into engaging, on-brand social content. This role is hands-on and execution-driven—you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, posting, and optimizing content that supports our livestream commerce business and studio partnerships.

You’ll work closely with leadership, hosts, and production to ensure our social channels reflect what’s actually happening in the studio and drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to live shows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and others as needed)
• Plan and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with livestream schedules and brand priorities
• Capture, edit, and publish short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts) from live shows and studio activity
• Repurpose livestream content into high-performing social clips
• Write captions that match brand voice and drive engagement and clicks
• Post in real time during or around livestreams when needed
• Coordinate with hosts and studio team to highlight upcoming shows, launches, and key moments
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and adjust strategy accordingly
• Maintain visual consistency across all posts (tone, pacing, aesthetic)
• Stay current on platform trends, audio, formats, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or agency
• Strong understanding of short-form video and platform trends
• Comfortable filming and editing content quickly (phone + basic editing tools)
• Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice
• Organized, reliable, and able to execute without constant direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-production environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
