About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you’ll oversee client relationships, manage content distribution, and coordinate between our editors, creative team, and clients.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring each brand under your management runs smoothly, on schedule, and in alignment with Evy Media’s quality standards.

This is a hybrid position. You can work remotely or at our Louisville location when needed for collaboration and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 client accounts (paid per account).
• Coordinate posting calendars, video deliverables, and platform distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Communicate daily with your team, and leadership to ensure projects stay on track.
• Track and summarize bi-weekly content performance.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and creative collaboration.
• Assist in shaping brand messaging, voice, and storytelling direction.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or agency account management (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of short-form content, storytelling, and online engagement.
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Ownership mentality and drive for personal and professional growth.
• Based in the U.S. with availability for meetings in Eastern or Central time zones.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Pay: $500–$850 per client account per month (based on experience and performance).
• Quarterly Bonuses: Awarded for client retention, performance targets, and leadership.
• Performance Reviews: Every 90 days to evaluate growth, pay increases, and potential transition to full time salaried role.
