Dealing with vendors all over India for purchase of various materials required for execution of construction projects such as Aggregate, cement, steel, diesel, hardware &amp; consumables, sanitary ware etc. Handling the printing work of stationary for sites.</li><li>Invitation of quotation from vendors &amp; contractors, negotiation and final settlement.</li><li>Preparing comparative statement of vendors quotation and submit to the Management.</li><li>Finalization of annual Rate contracts with vendors.</li><li>Providing guidelines to site personnel for emergency local purchase.</li><li>Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments.</li><li>Approve purchase orders and monitor all purchase requisitions to determine correctness of information, calculations, coding, etc.</li><li>Responsible for all ERP related work like Cost control, purchase, ERP implementation &amp; Training as per company policy.</li><li>Finalization of work orders for various miscellaneous works like fabrication, road marking etc. at sites.</li><li>Coordination with other Departments.</li><li>Over all responsible for the Purchase Department.</li><li>Any other work assigned by Management.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Good knowlwdge of MS Office.</li><li>Nway ERP or software knowlwdge.</li></ul>Interested Candidates can call on: 9244123981Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bicholi Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
