Industry: Construction,

• Developing vendors based on credit terms and quality. Dealing with vendors all over India for purchase of various materials required for execution of construction projects such as Aggregate, cement, steel, diesel, hardware & consumables, sanitary ware etc. Handling the printing work of stationary for sites.
• Invitation of quotation from vendors & contractors, negotiation and final settlement.
• Preparing comparative statement of vendors quotation and submit to the Management.
• Finalization of annual Rate contracts with vendors.
• Providing guidelines to site personnel for emergency local purchase.
• Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments.
• Approve purchase orders and monitor all purchase requisitions to determine correctness of information, calculations, coding, etc.
• Responsible for all ERP related work like Cost control, purchase, ERP implementation & Training as per company policy.
• Finalization of work orders for various miscellaneous works like fabrication, road marking etc. at sites.
• Coordination with other Departments.
• Over all responsible for the Purchase Department.
• Any other work assigned by Management.

Skills:

• Good knowlwdge of MS Office.
• Nway ERP or software knowlwdge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bicholi Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
